What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mostly by the job and/or by the day. I find it easier to have a set price, this way there is no confusion when it comes time to pay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving them my phone number and email, so we can set up a time and date for a estimate.. I don't like to give a estimate til i see what needs to be done. That way i know I'm giving you the best price!
