- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to the design and maintenance of your home landscaping it is hard to apply a cookie cutter price guide to the project since so many variables can and do exist from one home to the other. Because of this, we strive to give each client the time it takes to meet with them at their convenience to review their goals and to then give the man a complete estimate and provide a price that is both fair and affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new client, whether regular lawn care or a new installation, we take the time to meet and discuss any certain goals you hope to achieve and any specific concerns you may have. We do our best to be upfront and honest about how realistic any particular project may be and the expected time frame and cost associated with it. If we ever come across that we are unable to perform we do our best to help the client get in touch with a company that we have direct experience working with so the client can rest assured they are getting the best work for their money.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company was started as a father / son project to give us some time together in the summertime and to teach him hard work and responsibility. From that we have grown to expand our number of employees and the services we provide to the community year round.
