- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Pricing is not random, I come out and measure the trees DBH (diameter of the tree) and figure the amount of time the job will take and Debris removal cost. I then give you a written estimate and copy of our Insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Myself or one of my Arborist will come and look at your tree needs and talk to you about the amount it would cost and the time you would like to schedule the Job. We always give you written estimate and Never take money down.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do continuing education to make sure we are up todate on the best ways to trim and remove trees, and to also best ways to protect them from pests and help them grow.
