Although we have assessment fees ; all of our assessment fees are waived if a customer authorizes any work or repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many of our customers are repeat customers. New customers experience the same process as our regular repeat customers . We give a thorough assessment of the plumbing systems as well as any particular problems. Understanding the problem very well and knowing all the options is paramount. We treat new customers with the same customer service that our long time customers experience.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
One of the most important reasons for hiring a professional company is their insurance policy . Generally liability and workers comp protects the customer. Make sure they have insurance. If they don't, and they get hurt or their work fails , it can be a real nightmare.
