My LG front load washer died in mid wash. I called the appliance repair that I usually use and they don't repair LG. Googled LG repair, got thumbtack, received this contact immediately, set up service call. Service guy ran test program, we needed a new circuit board but had to wait a few days for it to be shipped to our house.
