Our service tech was polite, prompt and familiar with the appliance he was servicing. He had a complete copy of the manual electronically and was able to reference it to effectively trouble shoot the unit. He quickly diagnosed and made a simple repair which immediately corrected the problem. Grateful for the whole process and would recommend him and Grandmaster Appliance without reservation

Making the appointment was very easy and they were available sooner than I thought it would be. Communication was great I was sent a message when they were on the way. The technician was friendly and efficient. Quickly got to work found the issue and had the part on his truck and got it replaced. Very happy and would highly recommend them

Arnold helped us look at our dishwasher to check where the noise was coming and for a potential leak. Arnold was quick at diagnosing the problem and let us know it would be a bit more costly repair due to parts involved. He was sure to give us options between repair vs. replacement, since there would not be too much difference in cost, and gave us some brand recommendations based on his experience with number of repairs. He was overall very friendly and even helped us take out our dishwasher so that the floors underneath could start drying up while we find our replacement. He was also great with dogs and kids.

Arnold is the best technician you have. Had an idea that it was the icemaker when we pulled the refrigerator out. Water came squirting out of the top of the refrigerator. Absolutely crazy he's stuck with it and figured it out.I couldn't have asked for a nicer more respectful technician. A+ service highly recommend. Thank you very much.
