Introduction: Our staff of dedicated professional bookkeepers are trained to treat each client as if they were our only client. Each client will be provided their own bookkeeper to handle their business with backup personnel to help when needed. We provide all administrative duties such as Invoice clients and collections, pay bills, payroll, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, provide client financial statements monthly to comply with generally acceptable accounting principles, monitor email accounts, receive phone calls and take messages as needed. We do everything a full staff of office employees would do for a fraction of the cost. Our main objective is YOU. We take great pride in providing our clients with a pleasant experience understand the numbers of their business. Our founder worked for many years in the field of office management and full charge accounting in fast paced companies demanding strong organizational skills and decision making abilities, . Our staff is trained to be able to handle any situation that arises and we are free to make the necessary changes to comply with our client's needs without all the red tape required to make changes in a larger company.
