- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our residential carpet cleaning is simply $25/area, with an additional $10-25 for pet odor treatments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I usually travel out of state to take a few training classes per year, since none of the training organizations at the level that I trust offer any classes in our area. I also subscribe to a couple of different cleaning magazines, partake in online forums, and meet with IICRC certified consultants on a regular basis.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was growing up, my dad was a high school math teacher. So when I turned 15, I began helping out taking care of the floors at our school. Over the past seventeen years, I've continued to pursue the cleaning industry. After successfully growing our company in Denver, CO, my wife and I began to have children. So we decided to move back home to Greenville, SC to be closer to family. We are now entering our 2nd year of business here in Greenville.
