Broken screens, charging ports and power/volume buttons ceasing to work are the most common repairs we complete. It is 85% of our daily business!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a repair technician who is experienced and has the support structure to resolve issues quickly. We get a lot of estimate request responses that "I can get this done in 20 minutes and for $20 less from a competitor". Yes, this is true. Just know CPR will NOT sacrifice quality for time. Also often the reason we make take a little longer is because we are overbooked with repair request - because we have a great reputation and quality! Also, the less you pay is because the part cost is less for lower quality and usually NO warranty is provided. Not at CPR!!
