Introduction: Welcome to Heathmere Computer Services! We take pride in the quality of work and customer satisfaction that we give each and every customer! We love solving computer hardware and software issues and working with Customers! We can either work remotely or come directly to you to fix it! We are mostly around on week days and Saturday and if you need we can do Sundays but we would prefer No Sundays. We will start off with $150 for the first 3 hours then from there, it is $25 per hour. Remote prices are $75 per hour. BACKGROUND Of John Nussbaum: I went to Career and Technology Center and graduated the Technician Class in 2017 and I have tinkered with computers all my life and I have worked Customer Service with various companies so I really love to help people out with problems and solving them! My desktop crashed after a Windows update last week. Programs were missing, files deleted, and things not working as they had been on my PC. I scheduled an appointment with Heathmere a few days later and they came by one evening. John and David were great. They got everything working again and back to normal. They even got my email working again on my cell phone. Highly recommended.
