Can't tell you how pleased I was with H&H, my Mac HD was basically gone on 7 year old iMac. Herbie was able to replace with triple ram and replace much faster hard drive. Works like a dream. Did not have to replace computer. Highly recommend this company!

I cannot recommend Herbie highly enough. I emailed him through the site on Saturday at 7 am. He called me before 8 am that same morning. He learned what I needed to take my home office from the typical Covid bare-bones set up to what I wanted, asked the right questions, ordered all the equipment, showed up exactly when he said he would, was personable and professional, and did a fantastic job with everything done in less than a week for a very reasonable price. He followed up by texting me recommendations for ancillary equipment I had mentioned I wanted to get. I had never used this site before, but I am glad I did. I absolutely will use H&H again, and will be recommending it to my friends.

Herbie communicates well and in a timely manner. He has provided some options in replacing my iMac. Although I had not planned to replace my computer at this time, I really need to consider doing so, as my system is ten years old. The hard drive will fail eventually and I don’t want to lose my data. I seriously should perform a major backup soon.
