Highly recommend! Herbie responded almost immediately to my request and stayed pleasant, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to discover the problem and make sure everything was running properly. My laptop had been making an extremely bothersome whirring sound for weeks and would heat up to the point where I couldn't use it for more than short intervals at a time, but Herbie quickly figured out the problem and set it back to normal all at a very reasonable price. Can't thank him enough for his wonderful customer service and excellent handling of my laptop's issues. If you're looking for someone who is dedicated, reliable, and takes the initiative, Herbie is definitely the one!

Can't tell you how pleased I was with H&H, my Mac HD was basically gone on 7 year old iMac. Herbie was able to replace with triple ram and replace much faster hard drive. Works like a dream. Did not have to replace computer. Highly recommend this company!
