Paul was flexible with my changing schedule and was able to meet me as soon as I was available. He was professional and was able to diagnose and repair my pc very quickly. I was prepared to spend quite a bit to get it repaired but Paul was able to complete the repairs without replacing any components. His rate was very affordable and I would highly recommend his services.

After our computer updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 WITHOUT our authorization our desktop was never the same. There were printer driver compatibility issues, Wi-Fi connect ability issues and overall PC performance issues. Eventually, upon turning the computer on, Windows would not load. The Windows Repair Utility was useless. We had a boat anchor on our hands.
After Paul's confirmation of our problem, he got to the root of the file corruption and repaired the OS. It runs better than ever now. He was very professional and thorough. We would TOTALLY recommend him for any of your issues. We plan to keep a working relationship with Paul to enhance all of our computing needs and desires.
We've used that national store with their "squad" before. We'll never make that mistake again. Paul operates with the old fashioned "house call" method along with incredible service at very reasonable rates.
