My lap top was not working very well at all and I was about to discard it for a new one . I decided to look on line for a tech and Greg's name came up and I am very happy it did . He was quick to answer my inquirer so I decided to give him a chance to fix my lap top .I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly he fixed my lap top and how well it preformed . He was very helpful and honest about ways to help me get the best value for money spent . My wife is very pleased with how her computer now works . She says it is almost to fast now . We will continue to use Greg for any future problems we may encounter with our computers . Thank you Greg .
