- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and personal. It starts with a conversation, we listen to what you need and then schedule a time that works for you. We show up on time, treat your home with respect, and make sure you are happy with the work before we leave. That’s the family-owned difference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I knew I wanted to work with my hands from a young age. While I was in school, I spent my free time working with my dad, who taught me the ins and outs of plumbing. I was so eager to learn that I also took electrical classes in high school to understand the full scope of the work. It’s that lifelong, hands-on experience I bring to your home today.
