Had an electric issue causing our hot water heater not to work on the eve of Christmas Eve. Was thrilled that Mr. Electric was so responsive during this busy time of the year. Parks was out at our home quickly and got a complicated problem solved. His knowledge and customer service were top notch. Highly recommend.

Daniel was great! Really good at explaining problems and not pushy for sales. He listened to my problems, checked a few areas, then knew exactly what the problem was. Had me taken care of in about an hour. I'll definitely be using again for my home expansion/remodel.
