Summer, 2021. My 7-year-old house was for sale and as luck would have it, the AC pipe started freezing and the system kept running. I called one HVAC company, and then another. Both were telling me things like, the duct work was not properly sized and all of it needed replacing, or the AC system needed replacing. One day I saw SOTO down the street in front of a neighbor's house that just sold. SOTO came over and told me what was happening and how to prevent it. SOTO isn't one of "those" HVAC companies. They are THE HVAC company.

Today, Xavier came to perform our 6-month maintenance for 3 units that we purchased from Soto. He arrived on time, was very courteous and efficient. Explained what he checked and the results of the examination. Very good experience, definitely recommend.
