- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that pricing depends on the size of the project, materials, and level of detail involved. I always provide clear, upfront estimates so there are no hidden fees. We do offer promotions from time to time, and for larger projects, pricing can be adjusted based on scope. Any changes or additional work are always discussed and approved before moving forward. My goal is to keep pricing fair, transparent, and aligned with the quality of work we deliver.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with a quick conversation to understand what the customer is looking for. Then I schedule a walkthrough to see the space and discuss details. After that, I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the project, start the work, and keep the customer updated throughout the process. At the end, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes mostly from hands-on experience in the field. I learned by working on real projects, starting with smaller jobs and growing into full renovations. Over time, I developed skills in framing, tile, flooring, and finishing work, along with project management. I’ve also stayed up to date by learning new techniques and materials used in modern remodeling.
