Christian was very prompt in responding and following through on the work within a few hours of contacting him. He kept me informed during the process of picking up the part, installation and what to expect over the next few hours after the repair of the refrigerator.
He also informed on the process to follow up with thumbtack with an issue that occurred during the repair.
I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair, he was very responsive, prompt and fixed the issue within an hour.

I wish I could choose all five items to describe Christian! He came out to our home to fix our Bosch refrigerator that had a water leak--not an easy task. Not only was he on time--he came on a Saturday evening! He was very professional and worked until the problem was solved. We need a new ice maker and he even offered to look into getting one for our model. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend C.R. Appliance!
