Christian did troubleshooting for a dryer that would not heat up. He checked the electrical outlet first and determined that was the issue without even looking at the dryer. And he was 100% correct! All the dryer troubleshooting guides I read online had you replacing dryer parts to begin with, none mentioned the outlet. So Christian saved me time and money from useless repairs. My dryer's working perfectly again.

I wish I could choose all five items to describe Christian! He came out to our home to fix our Bosch refrigerator that had a water leak--not an easy task. Not only was he on time--he came on a Saturday evening! He was very professional and worked until the problem was solved. We need a new ice maker and he even offered to look into getting one for our model. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend C.R. Appliance!

He responded to our initial request and to follow-up texts, unlike 2 others who had no follow-up. He was knowledgeable about Samsung repair - we had a very hard time finding anyone who serviced Samsung let alone serviced our area of the county. Would recommend him to anyone.
