I had two TVs mounted, and the team did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were punctual, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give the best price but feel free to negotiate! Carolina Handyman gives free estimates! As well as 15% Military Discount for all Military Families.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal when working with new customers is to be accepted into the family as their Handyman! When I finish the job, they know I am only one call away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 2000 hours of OTJ training in Handyman Services! I attended Trident Technical College and got my Mechanic Certification. I worked for Charleston County before starting my own Company.
