I have a broad background in all phases of home repairs and remodeling. If I dont feel absolutely confident in my ability to deliver. I will be up front with the customer/you. At that point I can assist in helping find a contractor better suited for the project. Because I primarily work alone. It happens. Once hired for a Job. If My name is on it. Took care of installing a basketball court and concrete. Goal was a complete pain but he took care of it with great care. Some screws did not come with goal and he even went to buy those for me and picked up concrete I needed. Goal looks great and I play almost daily. Great job, great price. He can pretty much fix anything you need done.

Reached out to a few different plumbers on thumbtack. Josh was able to come quickly and showed up when he said he would. Just punctuality means a lot to me. he completed several different projects around our house, new piping, some repair and snaking out a clogged drain. All went well! One piece of the piping had a slight leak but he came back promptly and addressed the issue! Would hire him again

Do a face to face. Inspect and or diagnose project. Figure out cost of materials and labor. If hired work out a game plan with customer for scheduling and planning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
19 years of hands on experience. Honestly I feel is the best way to learn. To experience frustration and learn from your mistakes.
