Shannon handled my request with professionalism and carefully listened to my needs for work required by homeowners insurance carrier. She discussed the work with Blaine, and arranged for him to visit and take care of the work. Blaine was punctual and his work was top-shelf; he takes pride in the quality of his work and he quietly goes about it. I could not have been happier with the results. Overall, I see no need to look further than to Shannon and Blaine for household repairs.
