What an amazing job Devonte did on my carpet cleaning! Super professional and polite, he arrived on time and got right to work making the carpets in my new home look fabulous. I very much appreciated his care to dispose of the dirty water in the bathroom and wanted me to check each room after he was finished to confirm I was satisfied. A very nice gentleman and I enjoyed his care to make sure I was happy with the entire job! Will definitely use them again in the future if needed! Thank you 😊

Diamond Shine has done an amazing job with out house from weekly to bi-weekly cleanings! They are always on time they always ask if we need anything special done that day vs the last cleaning which I appreciate. And those vacuum lines on the carpets … YES ! They fold laundry and do dishes with 3 little ones to small to do this it’s been so helpful! They are a really good pick.

The whole process with setting up the cleaning, competitive pricing and availability were excellent. There was no need to hire a separate crew for carpet because they were able to do that as well. The crew went above and beyond what was expected and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a simple cleaning to a complicated cleaning like mine was. I had renters in my home for 9 years and Diamond shine handled the job with expert care and professionalism.

Great to work with. Professional, responsive, very helpful, and very easy to work with. And very understanding. We needed a move out cleaning for my elderly parents. No one could meet Devonte at the house. We made arrangements for them to let themselves into the home. A couple of hours later, my sister arrived, and her observations, “They did an amazing job. It looks wonderful.” We’re very happy we found Diamond Shine.
