- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very competitive and want your service!!! I'm easy going and will web browse 3 days to find the cheapest price and still not lose the QUALITY of my purchase!!! So if you want to fire Peter, because he always LATE and undependable...BUT YOU DEAL WITH HIM BECAUSE HE FITS IN YOUR BUDGET AND YOU LOVE HIS QUALITY WORK WHEN HE ACTUALLY GETS THERE AND START!!!!! WELL put your Advil bottle up...HEADACHE GONE CALL ME WITH YO PHONE!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm just spreading my wings to the general public, but the process will be easy and getting to the cleaning...We will communicate via email no pictures, no tennis(back and forth) so you not feeling like I'm trying to get tons of money out of you!!!! I'm going to keep quotes at my starting quotes and whatever extra I'm sure WE CAN MAKE A DEAL!

SHORT AND SWEET... I HAVE 7 KIDS AND 6 ARE BOYS....YOU GET THE PICTURE LOL!!
