She's very professional and pays great attention to detail. She's not done if the work isn't. My space was spotless and organized better than Its ever been. I 100% would recommend and use their services again.

I am pleased with Benita’s work. My house was an absolute mess until Benita came around and worked her magic. Benita is professional, and her work quality is unbelievable. She has a new loyal customer in her hands. I will book her again. 5 stars all the way.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. She was the worst cleaner I have ever used. She was hired to do a move in clean & I specifically asked her to clean the baseboards very well & she didn’t touch them. I had advised her prior to her arrival that there was hardwood floor and carpet and she did not show up with a vacuum! After she “cleaned” the floors & I use the term “cleaned” VERY lightly here- I wiped a bit of the floor & the towel came up filthy & the i was sticking to the kitchen floor. I had to ask her to go back over the floors, but they were no better the second time. I wanted the baseboards cleaned very well & she ignored them too! She had the audacity to try & charge me $350 after she saw the house ($100 extra for baseboards & windows). I ended up giving her $250- which she didn’t definitely didn’t deserve because the job was not completed satisfactorily. I feel like I was robbed by this woman. On top of all of that, she was rude & appeared offended that I questioned her not touching the baseboards at all. I’m attaching pictures of her work, taken the minute she left my home. When I told her that I was not going to pay the extra $100 that she was charging for baseboards & windows, her response was, “just give me my $250”. Once she received her money, she didn’t say anoth
I am skeptical that any of the positive reviews on her profile are actually legitimate. BEWARE if you hire her! Very disappointed.

It was highly unfortunate for me that I worked for this woman. Her unethical mannerisms was by far the worst for anyone to work with or for. I informed her before I started any work that I had a vacuum but there were issues with it and if she was okay if I used her personal vacuum to perrform my work. She responded, "sure no problem you can borrow mine. " I'm always prepared with my cleaning supplies when working for my clients. From the very moment I started working Ms Susan acted as if I were a slave with the way she monitored and spoke to me while there. As far as her floor, her son was chipping and scratching the walls causing it to fall on the floor and carpet, and she was telling me, " you see this floor is not clean."She was uneasy to work for. I really felt unsafe working at her place that I was willing not to even take her money and leave. She seems like from the beginning she was looking for a reason to not pay me in full. So when she told me she was paying me 100 dollars less than what we confirmed, so yes I told her please just go ahead and give me my earnings so I can leave. It's a shame that someone could take these high measures to discredit your value and how hard you work. As for all my positive reviews they ARE legitimate and I run across great people who love my work and treat me fairly as well. I am not a maid. I am a hard worker using this platform for my business.!!!
