- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing system for quoting cleaning, rather its more about what is involved. In other words, How many persons will it take to do the job, what type of supplies and machines will we need to get the job done, how many days per week do you require. In short: What will it take to put a SMILE ON YOUR FACE and KEEP IT THERE. After all, that's the most important thing here.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
OUR SERVICE AND WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT First, We need to make an assessment of your cleaning needs. We can do that over the phone, or an email, however we prefer to meet personally, at your convenience, and actually get a visual of what you are wanting us to do, then make a plan together for the future.
