Respectful and professional, did a great job getting some big old trees down. They worked really hard to not damage the fence post and the grass, we were very impressed! The price was more than fair. Didn’t feel the price was inflated for the job. Only complaint is, I expected more cleanup post tree fall but overall 5 star. They were safe and patient with our circumstances. Would hire again and will refer to others.

Probably the WORST experience I've had with a contractor in the 15 years of being a homeowner. And the job he was hired for was simply spreading mulch and hauling leaves away. Nothing big or complex. And now, I'm almost a month out from his first work day, and it STILL isn't finished. Slow communication. Unkept commitments. Unprofessional. First, after quoting the project, he agreed to match another contractor's price so he could get the job. I personally asked that if his bid would get the entire job done (removing all the leaves and getting all sections covered with mulch). He reassured me it would. So we agreed to the job. But after laying the mulch, it only covered 1/3 of the area I needed! So he said I'd need to pay $500 more to get more mulch. AND pay more to haul the leaves since he didn't realize how much there actually was. A wild bait and switch. I never would have gone with him if he would have quoted the correct price upfront. The job was messy too. Mulch all over my grass as well as my neighbor's yard. And he left his 8 large metal and wood plates at my house. And he STILL hasn't picked them up. What a terrible experience.
