- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with my clients to make the biggest change in their lives in the shortest period possible. With that said, some clients are able to meet weekly and some prefer to meet every other week. Pricing is based on the frequency of the meetings. I also am happy to take emails from my clients in between sessions to help them if they get stuck on something.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on what you come to me for, we may start with an assessment, or we may start with building rapport. Either way, the beginning of an engagement involves defining what YOU want to get out of it. What is your perfect vision for your life? There will be exercises I will ask you to complete that will help us identify what is keeping you stuck and devise plans for breaking through these barriers. Each session will start with what you want to work on that particular week, and what challenges you had as well as what successes you had since we last met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I also have a Certification in Change Leadership from Georgetown University.
