Sorry, i haven't done this before now. Granny had issues with her ear Sunday night (ER visit) and then I was getting ready for my beach trip.

I was very impressed with Karl and his quick response to a message that I left about 7 o'clock, on a Sunday night. I really thought I would have to call back Monday morning, but Karl called me back within 30-45 minutes of leaving a message I needed someone to help with a leaking toilet at my mom's house. I explained to him what was going on and asked him if he thought he could come by and look at it in the next few days. Karl said his office was close to my mom's house and he would be there at 10:00 Monday morning. I was shocked at his willingness to come the very next morning! He arrived at 9:50 and listened to my mom explain what was going on, even though I had already told him. Within minutes, he told my mom that the seal on the bottom of the toilet needed to be replaced. He said that he would be more than happy to replace it that day. Karl said he had another job that he needed to go look at but would call her before coming back. I thought he was just blowing her off, but that was not the case. He called my mom at 3:30 and asked if it was a good time to for him to come back and replace the seal. Within 15 minutes, he was at the house. He had the old seal replaced and the toilet reset by 4:30. I cannot even begin to explain how impressed I am with Lightspeed Restoration! The kindness Karl showed my 78 year old mother means the world to me. The cost for the repair was very reasonable! Lightspeed Restoration will definitely be our go to for any future home repairs or restoration projects at our homes.
