Hey everyone! My name is Kelsey. I am classically trained in culinary arts and also have a background in nutrition! Who says healthy eating can't be delicious?! I am here to prove you wrong! I have been a chef for 8 years now and have been actively working in the industry since 2016. I have held many jobs in the industry including: culinary instructor, private chef, restaurant, retirement communities, catering, food writing and marketing. As someone who has a dietary restriction, I am very careful about allergies and enjoy the challenge! I am more than happy to cater your private event, cook in your home, or even provide educational culinary teaching! I look forward to hearing from you and am open to creative ideas or suggestions!

Where do I start. Chef Kelsey did an outstanding job. She was prompt, friendly, attentive and professional. Being a cook myself I was a little nervous about the food being well seasoned. Well Kelsey exceeded our expectations. The food was full of flavor and well presented. Everything from the entrée to the dessert. Thank you Kelsey for helping me make our 35th wedding Anniversary an evening to remember. I will definitely hire Chef Kelsey again!

Chef Kelsey was great to work with, delivering delicious meals to a local friend after surgery. She was very responsive, easy to schedule and contact, provided lots of meal options and was careful to take into account all allergies and intolerances. The family appreciated her friendly and prompt delivery and delicious food! Thank you!

We hired Chef Kelsey Bauer to create a menu and cook a multiple course meal for an intimate group of 8 in celebration of my husband's 60th birthday. The menu was outstanding! The combination of flavors was perfect for the wine that was paired. Several in the group had gluten sensitivity concerns and that was no problem at all for her -- in fact I learned the chef is also gluten free so she has had extensive experience creating amazing gluten free dishes! She was able to craft one menu that all could totally enjoy! The ultimate compliment was when my foodie friends later asked for her card for their own dinner parties! I highly recommend Chef Kelsey for any private dinner party you want to make extra special. Thank you, Chef! My friends still talk about that dinner!

Kelsey is a very personable and professional chef. She worked as a caterer for a dinner party for me and she is a chef that can mix well with your guests yet give a very professional experience/ appearance. Her forte is flavor. She can combine unique and different flavors for an experience that rivals some of the best restaurants I’ve been to....and I’ve been to a lot. She is able to roll with a changing schedule and less than optimal equipment. She is a great teacher and I highly recommend her for teaching dinner parties or events. I did not have her teach my guests but they were continually asking her questions that she was able to field while cooking. I do know she teaches classes outside of catering. And finally her chacueterie presentations for the appetizer course were very creative and sourced with hard to find or custom items. Highly recommend !!
