I am not in any part connected with Precision Pro Wash as a customer or employee, I'm just someone in the upstate residential exterior cleaning industry who has seen their marketing materials and researched their methods. To the folks complaining about dropped solicitation materials, You're right, they throw stuff in your driveways sometimes. You and/or your HOA might have a problem with it. But they do that because they have looked at your siding/roof/concrete/fence and would like to add value to your property with cleaning methods that have been proven to be best in the industry at a competitive price. I've seen their work and it is top notch. I think it's even ultimately worth having to pick up a piece of paper, if that's what it took to get your attention. This comes from a competitor.

If this company will drop solicitation trash in a neighborhood that is clearly marked "No Solicitation", then where else would they cheat? It just makes me wonder. They were asked three times to come back out to pickup the trash solicitation they left in my yard, they said they would over the phone, but did not come out. I would not do business with a company like this.
Precision Pro Wash's reply
Our sales rep did, indeed, return to the neighborhood the following day (the first available time) and retrieved the flyers as requested. If yours was already picked up, of course we could not retrieve it. Solicitation is physically knocking on doors, asking for money / attempting to make a sale - we did not solicit in your neighborhood. We passed out weighted handbills and there is no sign prohibiting that in your neighborhood - if there were, we would have passed you by. One final note. In an economy like ours is today, jobs scarce and welfare through the roof, I'd think people would be more receptive to companies attempting to keep costs low in areas where it does not affect quality in order to keep their doors open and their people employed. Of course, you're free to make your judgements and choose whatever company you you desire. All the best!

I have known Pat on a personal and professional basis for many years. After having worked with his company and others I must say he has a lot to offer as a business owner and a person. This company has always been prompt and on time for both bidding and servicing jobs. The job is always done correctly and professionally. I would do business with Pat and Precision Pro Wash without hesitation. He stands bay and backs his services and work. Pat truly is an honest and hard working small business owner.

Precision Pro Wash came out and washed all the gutters and soffits and exterior walls of my home. The 3rd story areas of my soffits had YEARS worth of spider webs and bugs built up and when they were done I couldn't find a single remnant. I legitimately still can't get over how great of a job they did!
