    We contacted Tons of Rentals to inquire about a condo for rent. We were met at the condo and shown the property where the representative very professionally explained the neighborhood as well as the details of the rental contract so nothing would catch us off guard. Tons of Rentals had the condo meticulously cleaned prior to our moving in. We needed the condo on short notice and Tons of Rentals expedited their administration process in order to accommodate us. After the end of our lease, our security deposit was returned promptly and courteously.     Buckeye started cleaning apartments for us. About 4-5 per week. They are always on time and the units are clean! They have done awesome with everything we've given them to do. We given them a lot of work-such as flooring replacement, complete unit rehab, breezeway cleaning, all of our HVAC work. We are very happy with Buckeye!

    If you are in the market for a property manger to manage your rental home, you should definitely call Best Choice Property Management. These ladies go above and beyond to get the job done. I personally work with Ms. Judy Buss and she knows what she is doing. She will answer any questions you may have and will go over the paper work in great detail with you before you sign anything. She stays in contact with you from the beginning and thru out the entire time she is managing your property. If there's a problem that the tenant has, she notifies me first to let me know before any repairs are ordered that way there are no surprises. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend it to anyone.

      Good Evening, My fiance and I are looking for a rental home in the $800 price range. We are looking for someone to rent to us that would accept 5 dogs. We are willing to pay an additional security deposit (refundable or non) to secure a home. We are a professional couple in our 40's, and we run a tight ship with our dogs. We are into hiking and being outdoors with our dogs, are dogs are housebroken and clean. My fiance had her own 2 dogs prior to meeting me, so we aren't hoarders, I just wanted that to be noted. Our pack consists of 2 Dutch Shepherds and 3 German Shepherds. Three of the dogs are 7+ years of age, the other two are 2 years of age and 4. All the dogs are males, no marking issues, all the dogs are neutered. The dogs are also crated when we aren't at home. One of our Dutch Shepherds is a therapy dog. My fiance is a teacher and I am a retired/disabled Deputy Sheriff. My fiance is in Spartanburg at the time, and I am in Ohio. I can't come down until we secure a rental property. If someone can help or keep your eye out for us, it would be greatly appreciated. We have no interest in living in a lower income housing area as well. We prefer the Greenville/Travelers Rest area if possible. Sincerely Jack
