I can’t say enough great things about David and Santana Property Management. He is a solid Property Manager. He handles all issues swiftly, efficiently and with the utmost level of care possible. I sleep well at night knowing that David is managing my property. He informs me of things I need to know when I need to know them. I receive monthly and annual statements. I wish I had 10 more properties in the Greater Greenville area just so that he could manage them for me 😉.

Really love the mission SIP has set out to do. They have a wonderful team of people that are always there to be of help. While everyone there is super helpful and friendly, I worked closely with the company’s owner David. He’s been helping me from the start and even provided my family with storing, hauling, and moving options as we are looking to make the move to the east coast. We’re sad to leave our South Florida home of 10 years but excited that we found the right partner to make sure we have quality residents and the home is kept in great shape an their add-on cleaning service ELM made the deal that much sweeter. They have taken care of everything from finding the resident to maintaining the home, which really has taken all my worry out. My only regret is that I didn’t buy another home for them to manage! Thank you David!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing varies based on services. BUYING REAL ESTATE IS ALWAYS FREE! I feel like that needed to be outlined. Sellers - Our commission rates are very competitive and can be tailored to your needs Property Management - The more units we manage for an owner the lower the monthly fee per property. Overall -- you should know that everything is handled case by case. Call us and find out more.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start with an initial conversation. A quick phone call helps us get down to the bottom of what you need. I am available via phone, text or email and make communication my top priority. After the initial discovery call, we usually set up a time to meet and discuss needs further. This meeting can be at my office, at the property or even for coffee! We move from there.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a B.B.A in Management and a A B.S in Housing and Consumer Economics from the University of Louisville. An emphasis in education was placed in Residential Property Management. Real Estate education with hours of continuous education every year.
