- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a one hour minimum, but do not charge a dispatch fee or travel within our service area. None of our employees work on commission, so you can be sure that their assessment is fair and based on their professional opinion rather than money motivation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a conversation about the needs and concerns. Then we set up an appointment to come out and perform the repair. On very large jobs, we will come out for an estimate. The majority of our repairs take one to two hours and we complete the transaction in a single day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Scott Smith is a master plumber. Our plumbers all have at least 10 years of experience in the industry. We also train apprentices using the US Department of Labor apprenticeship standards for plumbing.
