I live over 1000 miles away from my dad who is elderly and has trouble with new electronics. Simple support was able to get their same day and get my dad’s Wi-Fi and TV and phone all synced with great service and patience. And I very grateful for their help and assistance.

We try to set a flat rate price to make our pricing as simple as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have them complete a booking through our website, then we schedule a onsite tech, then we submit a report that we email to the client. Then we complete a simple invoice to complete payment and service.

We have over 18 years of experience and as a collective of wide range of education / training from computer repair to network management.
