I live over 1000 miles away from my dad who is elderly and has trouble with new electronics. Simple support was able to get their same day and get my dad’s Wi-Fi and TV and phone all synced with great service and patience. And I very grateful for their help and assistance.

Quenten McCarroll was on time, helpful, polite and very understanding with older folks who are not tech savvy. He solved all our problems with our TV/Internet. We had a great experience with this company! We needed help uninstalling a very complicated stereo system with lots of wiring. I personally don’t know much about stereo systems, but they were extremely patient with me and took the time to explain everything. They were quick to get us scheduled, showed up, and got the job done perfectly! Even the billing process was simple and convenient. They sent us an invoice, and we were able to pay online. Quentin did an outstanding job installing our outdoor patio TV and swivel mount. His workmanship was excellent and everything was installed securely and neatly. He took the time to make sure the TV was positioned perfectly, and the swivel mount works flawlessly!

We try to set a flat rate price to make our pricing as simple as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have them complete a booking through our website, then we schedule a onsite tech, then we submit a report that we email to the client. Then we complete a simple invoice to complete payment and service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 18 years of experience and as a collective of wide range of education / training from computer repair to network management.
