Simple support is a little gem that we found in thumbtack , they are profesional and they made sure to understand the job prior executing it . Jasper helped us so much and was very patient with all the questions we had , he mounted cameras and installed a video door bell. We are really grateful with simple support and if I could give them 20 stars review then I would .

A very good experience. Quenten was professional, did a great job, was very courteous and friendly during the quote process and install. He stayed late to finish the job and followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was working properly.

We try to set a flat rate price to make our pricing as simple as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have them complete a booking through our website, then we schedule a onsite tech, then we submit a report that we email to the client. Then we complete a simple invoice to complete payment and service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 18 years of experience and as a collective of wide range of education / training from computer repair to network management.
