Zach was very easy to work with and very professional. He removed the many weeds in our landscaped garden, then applied pre-emergent, and mulch. He also planted a tree for us. Very pleased with his quality of work.

Zach did a great job with our landscaping. We had a few trees that needed to be moved, and six green giants we wanted planted. He was very punctual, hard working, and did a great job all within a couple hours! We highly recommend!

My husband and I were extremely impressed with Zach. He is responsive, courteous, hard-working and pays attention to detail. He helped us move, we didn’t have to worry about him banging into a wall or being careless with our stuff. He treated our home and belongings as if they were his own. He communicated with us from the start, never left us wondering if he would show, he was on time and one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. We highly recommend him and will be using him in the future for other services that he offers.

Required someone to fully move two twin beds from one location to another. Beds were heavy and required disassembly and reassembly. Upstate Moving, Landscaping, Junk Removal (UPMLJR) communicated up to the time of our scheduled appointment. They were punctual and friendly. They got to work and completed the project in less time than expected and ensured the utmost quality to not damage my nice restoration hardware beds. They had all the correct equipment to finish the project. They even went out of their way to assist in a few other items that needed moving.
I will be using them again and recommend UPMLJR.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote by the job. My quotes aren't estimates. When a quote is received, that will be the end quote unless more work is agreed upon.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off by finding out what needs done. Then I either examine the job in person or through pictures. After I know what what needs to be done, I send a quote. When the quote is accepted I schedule the day(s) that the work will be completed. Once the work is completed the payment is due.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked a lot of construction growing up as a missionary kid in the Dominican Republic. Those skills transfered over when I started working at a landscaping company in the states. I already have an eye for detail and with my construction experience mulching, retaining walls, and French drains came easily to me.
