Tom built our home twelve years ago and we are just as happy today as the day we moved in. We are in the Heartwood Place subdivision. There were no problems or delays. The work proceeded as scheduled.My work is related to the building industry and I see the construction "short cuts" taken in many established neighborhoods. This is not the case in Tom Martin's work. He pays close attention to detail and does both the unseen and visible work right. A top producer for a well known local Real Estate company, who was selling a home Tom built, told Tom he wanted him to build his home when he was ready.
