Vinx pestcontrol has been servicing my home for over a year now, so I can say with confidence that this is the best company I have ever worked with. I am very satisfied with their service and the result of their work. Today once again was completed quarterly exterior pestservice by Kenneth Rogers. He sprayed the foundation, around mailbox, along driveway, walkways, porches and eaves of the home and applied a granular insecticide throughout lawn and landscape areas to give a complete barrier around my home. He also dewebbed the home of spider webs and wasp nests within reach and dusted pipe voids and around window trim today. And he treated all the mulch bed's really well. These guys really treat and clean everything, and the result is obvious.Also I love that these guys always text me in advance that they will be there in 10-15 minutes, and they always send me a report that the work has been done, with all the details. I am satisfied with the service of this company and highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the Home/ Area we will be treating as well as what pests you are experiencing. We can determine price once we know the how big the area will be treating is and then what pests we need to take care of.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers our priority is taking the time to understand the concerns. Once we understand the concerns and what the pest activity is, we can then provide an accurate assessment of what needs to happen to most effectively and efficiently control the pests and provide a superior service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 100+ years of pest control experience among our management, and far beyond that within the company in it's entirety. We have seen it all, heard it all, and treated it all many times over :)
