- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a standard hourly rate of $65, in addition to our packages. The packages we offer are for purchasing hours in bulk at a discount (10-20% off the standard hourly rate). We offer packages of 12, 24, and 36 hours. These hours expire 12 months after purchase and can be used on a variety of projects within your home or office. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will analyze your space during the FREE Clutter Assessment and then the client may choose a written DIY action plan or schedule an organizing session with the coach. There are no minimum hours for scheduling; however, the client will see the greatest impact on their space during a 3-hr session. Once the job is completed, we will offer a maintenance plan in which we provide in-home (or in-office) organizing services. To begin the process, please complete the Contact Form on our website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Clutter Coach has a bachelors degree in special education, several years of teaching experience in the field of special education, and has continued her graduate studies in the fields of education and psychology.
