Michael was amazing from start to finish. He responded quickly. He set a date quickly. He was friendly and professional. The wall that we had him fix was full of paint removed he needed to spackle the whole wall and repaint. He did a perfect job and was very affordable I would hire him again in a second, highly recommend. thank you Michael. My daughter is moving out of her off-campus housing apartment and this needed to be done before she left so we are very grateful we found him.

My base rate is $50/hour. Depending on the job, we can negotiate a set price for the job or agree to bill it as hourly. This will be agreed upon before we move forward.

A very well explained description of the work you're looking to have done is greatly appreciated. Pictures can often go a long way in helping to express what you are looking to have done. A thorough explanation is very much appreciated.
