Michael did an amazing job fixing the damage to a soffit from moisture coming in. He arrived right on time. He needed some supplies which required him to make two stops at stores downtown. It was a big job requiring removal and replacement of gutters as well as painting the problem area. Michael also hung some art as an add on job once we found out he could do that too. We highly recommend Michael for a variety of handyman projects and will certainly call him again as needed.

Michael was amazing from start to finish. He responded quickly. He set a date quickly. He was friendly and professional. The wall that we had him fix was full of paint removed he needed to spackle the whole wall and repaint. He did a perfect job and was very affordable I would hire him again in a second, highly recommend. thank you Michael. I wish I could highlight all 5. Michael was responsive, always showed up when he said he would. He took extra care to lay down a thick paper from the door to the room he was working on, was meticulous in his clean up and most importantly did an awesome job. My base rate is $50/hour. Depending on the job, we can negotiate a set price for the job or agree to bill it as hourly. This will be agreed upon before we move forward.
