He got to the house when he said he would. He was very thorough. Even down to the littlest details that I hadn't even noticed! Thanks to him the seller has agreed to fix all the plumbing, the leaks, and the electrical issues before we move in! We can enjoy our new home. Thanks Mr. Gandy!

I hired Brett to do a general home inspection on a house that I was interested in buy. He was amazing! His thoroughness, professionalism, and experience/knowledge (contractor and inspector) were superb. Brett's findings and recommendations led me to backing out of the contract on the home and saved me a ton of headaches and possibly thousands of dollars. I am now back on the market for a new home and as soon as I find a new home, Brett will be my first phone call. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend him to any and all home buyers!!!

I hired Brett Gandy to inspect a house we wanted to purchase. After researching several inspectoirs in the area, I chose Brett Gandy because he had a good reoutation and his price was 30% less than the other inspectors. He came out on time and was very thorough with the inspection. He took the time to explaine everything he saw and had photos to back up his findings. Hie official report was in my hands 24 hours after the inspection. Brett is a professional and I highly reccommend him to anyone
