Overall we enjoyed our interactions with Sweet Caroline’s. They were accommodating for our preferred time of appointment and performed the job with expected quality. The only negative was being a little late for each appointment, but we were kept informed about changes to ETA via messaging. There was a weather issue and then an equipment issue that delayed the job, but they kindly gave us $25 off the job for the trouble. I will likely hire Sweet Caroline’s again for future power washing needs.
