We needed some quick attention to a pine tree that had come unrooted and partially fallen. The unrooted tree, suspended by the branches of surrounding trees, was directly over our wood shed. The shed was in danger of serious damage if the tree fell. Randy was responsive with a quote and provided us with essential information about the fallen tree and the surrounding trees. He warned us about what pine sap can do to a chimney and recommended we not keep the fallen pine wood because of sap and rot. With cooperative weather, Randy and his crew three days earlier than expected! After cutting down the tree, he and his crew cleaned up the area well. What a relief! His price was competitive with other low bids we got, but beyond that we especially appreciated his customer service- and picking up the phone! We highly recommend Randy and Wolf Spirit for honest, high-quality tree service.

I didn't get to write this review sooner because my father passed away. But I found Wolf Spirit for my parent's house. And he did a great job clearing the land for my parents, my parent's house looked like a forest before all they trimmed down the trees and got rid of all the other random branches and shrubs. My father said he did a great job, and he was really satisfied with their work. ❤️❤️ Thank you from me and my late father.

Wolf Spirit did an excellant job and I would personally recommend them to anyone looking for some tree work. They were extremly professional and courteous. They showed up to the job site bright and early in the morning and powered through until the job was complete. They communicated well and took care of everything we asked of them removing two trees and pruning several others. They did a great job cleaning up and hauled everything away leaving our front yard looking better than ever.

Everything for my home Christmas light install is the exact dream I envisioned It looks so professional and I think for the rate and responsiveness for what I needed to do was great. The company is so professional, kind, tells you your list to purchase or they can provide themselves. I appreciate all the owner did and made this year a dream come true for the first time ever to have lights on the roof and framing the house my kids were like little kids instead of teens and it was a beautiful wish for us. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tree work is a tricky field. A lot of factors good into our pricing, location of the tree, difficulty, size, man hours, dump fees, climb or bucket, prune or remove, etc. An arborist is in the top ten most dangerous jobs in the world. I'm not the cheapest but I'm not the most expensive either. There are plenty of reviews saying I'm fair on price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In person consultation, follow up after two weeks if not hired the same day, complete the job and make sure everyone is satisfied.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
just because the price is cheaper than others doesn't mean they know what they are talking about. Have them describe what could happen or what preventative measures can be taken.
