Don was fantastic - knowledge, follow up with men on the job. Kim and his men were outstanding work study for 8 hours and got our beautiful windowsinstalled in one day seems like a very good windows and good installation job and Don had all the answers what sold us other than Don, it was having the showroom store. We tell everyone about our windows. We had 12 windowsinstalled.

The company is prompt, friendly and does a terrific job. When job is complete in a timely manner, all windows and debris are taken away. We replaced 16 windows in stages, 9 the first time and 7 the second time. I would refer them to my friends.

We had damage to our roof, gutters, ceiling in our living room and dining room areas due to a hail storm that came through our area. We had to have our roof replaced, gutters replaced and ceiling repaired and painted. I am so happy with choosing Don's team at American Made Windows. The roofing crew took care of my roof in one day! They tarped around my home to catch any debris and I watched as they picked up any stray nails that may have fallen. They showed up on time, worked until the job was finished and cleaned up after themselves. I love my new roof! The painter did an excellent job repairing the damaged ceiling and painting. He was very professional and you can't even tell there was a problem with the ceiling now! The gutter team came and installed the new gutters and they were also very good at their job. I could not be more pleased.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with each homeowner and discuss the details of each project. After I find out what they are looking to accomplish, I am better able to advise them and make suggestions to help them reach their desired goals. Once all questions are answered and I get preliminary measurements, I can write up a quote to leave with the homeowner so they are able to review and make an informed decision. Once hired, I will confirm measurements and order material needed. When material is received, I will contact homeowner to schedule the installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up in the construction industry and learning from master craftsmen, I have installed roofing, siding, replacement windows, doors, room additions, kitchen and bath remodels, home building and many other construction projects. I have over 40 years of experience and am very attentive to detail. I chose to focus my business on replacement windows, siding and roofing. I use good quality products and offer fair pricing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in the construction industry working alongside my father and uncle. I started out as a teen cleaning up yards during projects and worked my way up the ladder as they say.
