One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned from my late grandmother Josephine Wright of Hilton Head fame, is that life, like Yoga, is a practice, not a perfect. My training is in Alignment Based Vinyasa flow and our sessions will be focused on making sure you are comfortable, relaxed, and breathing deeply, not hitting a perfect twist. That’s where the real benefits begin. I specialize in gentle yoga, using a chair or mat, and can be found teaching lessons at my Church and at the Island Rec Center, both located on the Island.

Tracey came to our Airbnb for a pre-Christmas yoga class. There were five of us and she was just lovely. Her voice is very soothing and her professionalism was exceptional. Overall, it was a really wonderful session and I highly recommend her!
