Our certified inspector will perform a thorough 52-Point Inspection, looking at all areas that are conducive to mold growth. Either 2 air samples or 2 surface samples are included with the inspection which we send to an accredited lab for analysis. A Biologist from Newton Microbial Laboratory will call you to go over your lab analysis. A Mold Test USA "Results Analyst" will then call you to give recommendations for your next step and to answer any questions you may have.
We do not perform remediation because we feel it is a conflict of interest and we work for you. However, if you need remediation, we will help you find a certified remediation company that follows protocol. We will look over your estimates and contracts to make sure they are in your best interest.
