We absolutely recommend using this company! We found them online when we had water damage in our home and needed lots of drywall and debris cleaned out and hauled away, Affordable Hauling showed up on time and stayed on budget. No hidden fees, no surprises. Great company, great service. We'll definitely be using them again in the future.

The job itself was completed satisfactorily, and everyone at Affordable Hauling with whom I interacted was easy to work with. The only problem, really, was with a lack of their initiation of contact with me to keep me informed when their arrival was substantially (ultimately 3+ hours) delayed.

Leonard, there is absolutely no excuse for our delayed arrival. although sometimes traffic and other extenuating circumstances hider the crew from arriving on time. As for the "lack" of initiation of contact please check your call log from the day you booked us directly on thumbtack as within 30 Mins of your booking the office attempted to make contact via phone and was unsuccessful which was on a Friday. At Affordable Hauling Of Charleston we pride ourselves on our 5 star reviwes due to the extenuating circumstances and the confusion that comes along with this third party app thumbtack we ask that you kindly reconsider your 4 star review. However we understand your concerns and kindly ask to be given the opportunity again in the future to make up for our delayed arrival and we promise to show up early and give you a discounted price.
