I never received a call or email confirming my move. I was told that I would get a phone call the next day because it was suppose to rain and he told me that he would wait and see how the weather would be. It actually didn't rain until after 5pm that day. My appointment was 10am and I called and left message at 10:45am. I never received a call back to let me know that he wasn't able to do the job or to give me an option to choose another day. I took the day off from work thinking my furniture was going to be moved. There was no communication that day and he did not call to let me know why he wasn't able to make the appointment. After waiting 2 hours, I left message stating that services were no longer needed. It has been 3 days and I have not received an apology or explanation about the services I never received. If the job couldn't be done, that should have been stated during the hiring process.
