- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally give a higher quote than what it may actually end up being on the customers part. But that's without actually seeing the home Generally I do not charge a outrageous start up fee if the home is pretty kept up
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon accepting my bid, I make a personal phone call to the customer. I arrange a date and time to meet, sit a chat a bit to get a feel of what the needs are for each home. I walk together with the customer room by room and let them know just what to expect from me in each room. Then we sit down and discuss the price that was quoted, to come to an agreement on the final price agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mother, a grandmother, a wife, and keep children after school for a neighbor. I really think I have all the education I need.
