Where do I even start? I thought I had hired a good handyman previously. That was before I met Ed. First of all, he's not a handyman. He's a skilled professional who just also happens to be able to do all of the things. When I say "all of the things," I'm not kidding. TV mounts and wire concealment, leveling wall hangings, bathroom fixture install, home security, ceiling fan install...I could go on. His perfectionism even had him adjusting things the prior handyman had done. Don't hesitate to hire Ed. He's the best!
**COVID note: Ed and his business partner both arrived fully masked and observed social distancing measures throughout their time in our home. We felt completely safe in their presence.

Ed went out of his way late on a Friday to help my wife and I set up our TV mounts. Not only did he come by “off schedule”, he also picked up parts that we didn’t have to make sure he completed the job. I highly recommend Ed and will be using him for all electrical jobs moving forward!

Ed was so great! He came quickly and assessed the job of hanging our new tv. He really cared about how the end result would look and not just hurrying to get the tv up. He spent a lot of time on my project and his prices were fair.
I will definitely use Ed again and have already recommended him to friends!

I worked for 6 years as Operations Director of a large church in MD and Ed (EK5) served as IT Manager. Ed essentially rebuilt the church's aging network infrastructure and provided excellent installation and technical support services to church leadership and end users. He also helped develop security protocols and directed installation of dozens of security cameras and the associated monitoring software.
On a personal level, Ed built my PC and provided timely remote and on-site technical support to me. Ed is a highly qualified young man whose character is beyond reproach and who provides excellent, one-on-one services to his customers. He is also very responsive and effective at developing cost-effective and timely solutions. I highly recommend EK5 Tech.
